1. Enrollment

Enrollment is subject to teacher availability, suitable scheduling, and acceptance by Darul Quran Online Academy.

Parents or guardians should complete enrollment arrangements for students who are minors.

Darul Quran may offer a Free Trial Class to new students so that the student’s learning level, requirements, and suitable course can be discussed before regular enrollment.

Availability of trial classes is subject to scheduling and teacher availability.

3. Class Scheduling

Class schedules are agreed upon between the academy and the student or parent/guardian.

Students should attend classes on time and maintain a stable internet connection and suitable device for online lessons.

4. Fees & Payments

Applicable course fees and payment schedules will be communicated to the student or parent before enrollment.

Fees should be paid using an approved payment method and within the agreed payment period.

Any applicable refund or cancellation request will be considered according to the academy’s current refund policy and the circumstances of the request.

Students or parents should contact the academy directly regarding cancellations or payment concerns.

7. Teachers

Darul Quran aims to provide suitable teachers according to student requirements and availability.

Where necessary, the academy reserves the right to change or replace a teacher while making reasonable efforts to maintain continuity in the student’s learning.

The academy cannot guarantee that every student will achieve a particular result within a specific period.
